So did a couple work outs and wanted to get them jotted down so I could see some progress eventually.....hopefully.....
Yesterday I did a mile for time and my time was 14:00 exactly. THAT could use some work eh?
Today I worked out at CFN. The warm up was some high knees, butt kickers, lunges, back squats, dips, body rows, along with some stretching. And then....dun, dun, dun....
deadlift 65lbs - 15 reps
push ups - 15 reps
